Dairy cream 3200gr

Milk 4000gr
Instructions for use
Mix water with the dairy cream and heat until it boils. Remove from the fire and add the mix. Mix well and serve the panna cotta when it’s cold at dish of your choice. The recipe with the milk is served warm.
