Dosage
Mixture 1000gr
Oil (Seed oil) 375 gr
Water 375 gr
Instructions for use
Add all the ingredients together to the mixer and mix on low speed with the flat beater for 5 minutes.
Bake at 160-170°C for a time depending on the type and weight of the product and the type of oven.
For decoration (with fruits or creams) optionally add 100gr of flour to the recipe.
Characteristics
Cake with rich chocolate flavor and delicious soft texture. Remains wet for a long period of time and it can be frosted.
