Characteristics
Filling and cover product with cocoa and hazelnuts for cakes, tsourekia (greek easter bun), traditional Christmas pies. Perfect for ganache and chocolate pie cover with the add of milk or dairy cream. It is used as it is for fillings in tarts or it is heated until 40°C for covers. It remains soft even when it gets dry.
